Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough audit on all the JDs
Review of all existing Job Descriptions (JDs) in both Arabic and English
Develop and update JDs to reflect current roles, responsibilities, and competencies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and departmental functions.
Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders, including Offices, Sectors, and the Organizational Development (OD) team, to gather necessary input and feedback.
Finalize and submit the complete set of JDs for all positions, including new roles.
