Job Position – Recruitment Coordinator

With proven experience in recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in administration and at least 2 years of experience
In addition, the candidate must have experience using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and problem-solving ability.
Preferred skills include knowledge in the oil and gas field.
Knowledge how to update the database is an advantage.
The candidate will assist the recruitment team throughout the sourcing, screening, and on-boarding process, contacting potential candidates for interviews, obtaining candidates to meet recruiting needs, organizing interviews with suitable candidates, identifying qualified candidates using various recruiting tools, and providing recruiting and administrative support.
