Job Postion – Reservation Agent
Company Name – Centara West Bay Hotel & Residences
Location – West Bay, Doha
– Minimum 1-2 years experience in reservations (hotel industry preferred).
– Handle all reservation inquires via phone, email & online channels. Upsell rooms and promote special offers and promotions. Manage OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda)
– Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping for smooth operations. Maintain and update the
– Property Management System (PMS).
– Knowledge of PMS systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar). Good understanding of hotel operations and reservation procedures
– Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
– Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
