The H Dubai is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join theteam! If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a talent for creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction, we would love to hear from you!
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
– Proficiency in Opera PMS or a similar hotel reservation system.
– Strong knowledge of reservation procedures, room categories, rates, and booking channels.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and upselling skills.
– Ability to handle guest inquiries, bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
