The ideal candidate will have:
– Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, luxury fine dining restaurant.
– An exceptional sense of hospitality with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
– Excellent operational, financial, and commercial awareness.
– The ability to perform under pressure while maintaining impeccable service standards.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluency in English is essential. Russian language skills are a significant advantage.
