Job Position – Sales and Business Development Executive
Location: Based at the DIP Office (Dubai Investments Park), with frequent travel required for client meetings and site visits.
Salary: Lucrative Pay
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the UAE’s tyre industry, a proven track record in outdoor B2B sales, and a valid UAE driving license. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships within the fleet and industrial segments, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Actively prospect and acquire new fleet, transport, construction, and industrial customers through field visits and market intelligence.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
– Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales volume, revenue, and margin targets.
– Understand market trends, competitor activities and customer need to provide expert advice on tyre selection.
– Conduct site visits and provide technical recommendations on tyre fitment, maintenance, and lifecycle optimization.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and performance reports.
– Ensure adherence to approved credit terms and follow up on payments as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Minimum of 4 years of proven B2B outdoor sales experience, preferably within the OTR (Off-the-Road) and TBR (Truck & Bus Radial) tyre segments or heavy automotive products.
– In-depth knowledge of the UAE’s fleet operations, tyre applications and performance metrics is highly preferred.
– A valid UAE driving license is a mandatory requirement.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week).
Working Time: 8 am to 6 pm.
