Hiring Sales Coordinator
Job Summery
· Processing LPO’s in System
· Making Quotations, Proposals, and Performa Invoices.
· Making Job Orders.
· Coordinating with sales executive and other private customers and walk-in customers. Attending customer’s calls and sales executive calls.
· Coordinating with logistics for the delivery purpose.
· Coordinating with Production managers for the production-related.
· Reporting to Sales Manager and Finance Manager required reports regarding sales
· Coordinates with store for inventory purpose.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales coordinator – Manufacturing/FMCG
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
• Able to multi-task
• Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities • Able to work independently with some direction
• Superior organization skills
• Team player who works productively with a wide range of people Technical expertise and knowledge of company products
• Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures
