Job Position – Sales Coordinator (Female)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary- 3000 AED to 4000 AED

Looking for a Female Sales Coordinator with an engineering background, preferably in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, handle project documentation, and coordinate with vendors and customers.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer coordination.
– Prepare material submittals for projects and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
– Coordinate with vendors to collect necessary documentation.
– Submit required documents to customers and follow up on approvals.
– Maintain sales records, reports, and documentation.
– Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
– Manage administrative tasks related to sales and project submissions.
Requirements:
– Engineering background (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field).
– ELV (Extra Low Voltage) industry experience preferred.
– Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination, project documentation, or a similar role.
– Experience in preparing material submittals and handling project documentation.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
– Strong communication and organizational skills.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Must be available in the UAE for an interview.
