Job Position – Sales Engineer
Company Name – Al Muthanna Precast
Key Responsibilities:
-Market and sell precast concrete products, including Hollow Core Slabs
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
-Study project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with technical office, production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
-Follow up on tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract awards.
-Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
-Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients when required.
-Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Precast / Hollow Core / Precast Wall sales in Saudi.
-Strong technical understanding of precast systems, structural drawings, and construction methods.
-Proven negotiation and client-handling skills.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
-Valid driving license.
