A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and site visits.
• Provide product information, technical support, and assistance to clients in selecting the appropriate concrete block solutions for their projects.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolution of customer issues.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, proposals, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and profitability objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market expansion.
• Recommend product enhancements, new product development initiatives, and sales promotions to capitalize on emerging market trends.
