Job Position – Sales Executive
Job Description
For Education Company
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
• Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
• Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
• Focus on customer retention through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company’s sales targets.
• Create a systematic methodology for maintaining the accuracy and relevant information to facilitate the quick assessment of clients.
• Take charge of promotional and sales activities by brainstorming new product or service launches with appropriate team members.
• Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company’s products.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Desired skills
• Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
• Proficient in creating sales records, client interactions, and developing precise reports.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
• Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to forge long-lasting work relationships by leveraging information, tactics, and excellent communication.
Qualification and Experience
1-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
Preferred MBA graduates, must be at least a degree holder
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly passionate on Sales and Marketing
Language efficiency: English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam
Salary and Benefits
2000 plus benefits and incentives by achieving the target of 200 customers
3000 plus benefits and incentives by achieving the target of 300 customers
