What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in off-plan real estate sales (minimum 3-5 years in Brokerage)
– Strong leadership and team management skills
– Ability to recruit, train, and drive a sales team to exceed targets
– Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and developer offerings
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
