Key Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
– Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams
– Strong track record in off-plan or primary sales
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Real estate developer experience is a MUST
– Indian nationality preferred (due to team and market alignment)
Responsibilities:
– Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
– Develop and implement sales strategies
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
– Drive performance and ensure high conversion rates
