Job Position – Sales Merchandisers
Company Name – Mezzan
Location : Dubai
Responsibilities :
1. Managing assigned retail outlets including inventory and stock management,
2.Maintaining in-store visibility & implementing the new Plano-grams, 3.Managing order requirements, and managing relationship with outlet.
4. Ensure contracted customers are following visibility contract requirements
5. Maintain POSM assigned on the route including ensuring stock rotation on both warm and cold shelves
6.Evaluate all selling points (FIFO, selling price, distribution, planogram, location, stock level)
7.Check for any pending or due collections and collect the same
8.Collect LPOs from office and prepare invoices
What we are looking at–
1. Effective merchandising & visibility standards as per the planogram, POSM
2.Achievement of sales & merchandising targets
3.Good knowledge of FMCG market including specifically Retail stores and products
4.Minimum 2 + years in FMCG, Sales Merchandising role
5.Driving license; fluent English and secondary language a plus
