Job Position – SAP Application Specialist

Responsibilities
– Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
– Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration/support.
– Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite modules, particularly Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Performance & Goals (PMGM), and other related HR modules.
– SAP SuccessFactors certification will be an added advantage.
– Experience in healthcare/hospital environment preferred.
– Knowledge of SAP integrations, APIs, and HR business processes.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
