Job Position – Senior Accountant

Location: Dubai, UAE
-Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
-Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
-Handle financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
-Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
-Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize financial performance.
-Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management.
-Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
-Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the Dubai real estate sector.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Salary: From AED 5000 to AED 8000, plus other benefits as per industry standards.
