Job Position – Senior IT Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a global organisation within the Insurance sector.
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
-Provide support for various IT services, including operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and peripherals.
-Offer training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices to enhance their productivity.
-Experience acting as a supervisor or mentor in some capacity
-Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, guiding users through problem-solving steps.
-Excellent Technical Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), software applications, and hardware components.
-Personable with strong verbal and written communication skills
