– Define the network topology and architecture, considering factors such as data centers, cloud integration, and remote access.
– Optimize network performance through proper design, configuration, and performance tuning.
– Ability to analyze network requirements and design effective solutions.
– Analyze and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for the network infrastructure.
– Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
– Evaluating new networking technologies and recommending their adoption based on business needs.
– Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
– Developing and updating network documentation to reflect changes and improvements.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application development teams,to ensure alignment of network architecture with overall IT strategy.
– Communicating technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
– Proficiency in designing and configuring networking hardware and software, including routers,switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and network requirements.
– Articulate the technical capabilities and benefits of the company’s networking solutions to potential clients.
– Design and architect network solutions that address customer needs, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and security.
– Develop and present customized technical proposals and demonstrations to showcase the value of the proposed solutions.
– Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s networking products and services.
– Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to provide accurate and competitive information.
– Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling and technically sound proposals for customers.
– Ensure proposals align with customer requirements and offer effective solutions.
– Engage with customers during pre-sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
– Address technical queries and concerns raised by customers, building confidence in the proposed
solutions.
– Work on Proof-of-Concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
– Collaborate with customers to configure and test network solutions in real-world scenarios.
– Partner with the sales team to strategize and position networking solutions effectively.
– Provide technical guidance to sales representatives during customer meetings and negotiations.
– Conduct training sessions for sales teams on new products and updates.
