Job Position – Senior Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day operations
-Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular interactions
-Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
-Prepare and maintain sales documentation, reports, and MIS using Microsoft Office
-Follow up proactively to ensure timely completion and closure of customer requirements
-Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
-Has 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Sales Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar role
-Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
-Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Is a strong team player who collaborates effectively across departments
-Can multitask and prioritize work in a dynamic environment
-Performs well under pressure and consistently meets deadlines
-Has a strong closure attitude, ensuring tasks and customer requests are followed through to completion
-Is passionate, proactive, energetic, and a go-getter with a customer-first mindset
-Demonstrates excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
