Job Position – Senior Technical Engineer
Company Name – Green stone Landscaping
Key Responsibilities:
– Generate high-quality CAD Shop Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Construction Detail, and Design Development Drawings
– Analyze sketches, drawings, and specifications to assess design factors and procedures
– Update drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and improvements
– Direct surveying, construction, material testing, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site
– Evaluate landscape designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project specifications
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape components
Requirements:
– Proficient in ICDL, 3D Max, Realtime Landscape, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Lumion, and GIS
– 2–4 years of relevant experience in UAE
– Relevant background in landscaping projects
