Job Position – Server Support
Company Name – TechMantra Global
Location: Qatar, Onsite
Server Support (Cloud/On Premises) 6.1 Service description
– The covered server components are: o Hardware issues (onsite servers) o Cloud server management o Microsoft Windows Server operating system (version 2019 and above) o Antivirus software o User management (new user creation, permission management, remove leavers, etc.) o Regularly verify that the backup has successfully been taken and restores can be performed. o Periodic Active Directory maintenance
– Regularly install server security patches, critical service packs, and other software updates
– Performs Windows Server Security health check, tuning, performance, and maintenance of the same.
– Installs configures and troubleshoots group policy and administrative templates.
– including Microsoft IIS; and Active Directory Services from 2016 DNS Resolution, DHCP Scope, Users and Accounts, Remote Administration Services,
– Controlled reboot of Server for software updates, hardware repair or maintenance with notice in advance
