Job Position – Service Advisor
Company Name – Al Shirawi
Hiring for a dedicated and experienced professional with strong technical and customer service skills, preferably in the refrigeration or automotive industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating service operations, and ensuring timely and high-quality repair services.
Role Requirements:
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
-Engineering degree or diploma (preferably Mechanical or Automotive)
-Experience with Oracle ERP application
-Valid UAE Driving License
