Sr. Engineer Jobs in India
India’s largest MEP Contracting Company needs a Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – ELV Estimation. This Mumbai based position reports to Manager – Estimation & Sales, MEP Projects.
Qualification: BE (Electrical / ECE) with 6-10 years of ELV Estimation experience in MEP service/contracting company for Commercial Buildings (hotel / Multi-Purpose Building / IT Parks / Hospital) / Residential Hi-Rise building.
Job description of the position is as below:
Networking with the Client, Consultant and the PMC for generating enquiries.
Study the technical and commercial requirement of tenders
Floating enquiries to various vendors.
Evaluation of techno-commercial offer from the vendors and identify the best suitable offers by negotiating with the Vendors.
Interaction with the Consultant or the Customer for the clarifications on the technical requirements.
Estimation and Costing of Electrical projects.
Preparation of techno-commercial offer.
Attend techno – commercial meetings with the Consultant and the Customer.
Preparation of JTS, ZBOQ and uploading.
Interaction with the internal stake holders to compete the job transfer process after award of the contract.
Preparation of Win/Loss analysis.
