Job Position – Stewarding Team Leader

Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Minimum two (2) years of experience in a restaurant or central kitchen
– Understanding of equipment cleaning and waste management
– With knowledge of hygiene, sanitation and HACCP standards
– Strong leadership, time management and communication skills
– Ability to lead a team in a high-volume food production environment
