Job Position – Systems Support Executive

A highly skilled and motivated System Support Executive to join our online travel agency team. As a System Support Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our systems to ensure smooth operation and high-quality user experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and maintain the online travel agency’s systems, including the website, booking platform, payment systems, and other related software.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation and high-quality user experience.
· Work with development team to improve and enhance the online travel agency’s systems.
· Ensure data security and integrity, including backups and disaster recovery plans.
· Communicate with customers to provide technical support and assistance, including via phone, email, and online chat.
· Monitor website traffic and usage to identify potential issues and optimize system performance.
· Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure the online travel agency stays ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· At least 2 years of experience in system support in the travel industry.
· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in web development, programming languages, and database management.
· Knowledge of online travel industry and related technologies is a must.
– Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates
– Salary: Dhs. 4000.00 – Dhs. 5000.00
