Key Responsibilities:
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
– Coordinate and schedule interviews
– Build & manage a candidate pipeline
– Post jobs & draft descriptions
– Conduct HR interviews & assessments
– Ensure a seamless candidate experience
– Collaborate with department heads on hiring needs
What We’re Looking For:
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
-1–2 years of GCC recruitment experience
-Knowledge of UAE labor laws is a plus
-Proficient in MS Office & HR tools
-Great communication & multitasking skills
