Job Position – Technical Manager – Systems
Company Name – Halian
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
Employment Type: 12 Months Extendable Contract
Notice Period: Available to join immediately or within 30 days.
Requirements
-Candidate must be based in UAE now.
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
-Proven experience managing enterprise systems and infrastructure environments.
-Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux/Unix, virtualization technologies, and hybrid cloud platforms.
-Hands-on experience with storage, backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.
-Strong leadership and team management experience.
-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Experience in infrastructure strategy, project delivery, and vendor management.
Preferred Skills
-VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix
-Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
-Enterprise Storage (SAN/NAS)
-Backup & Disaster Recovery
-IT Infrastructure Operations
-Capacity Planning & Performance Optimization
