– High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the telecom industry or a related field.
– Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
– Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close sales deals.
– Customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions.
– Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
– Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using computer applications.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
– Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
