Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content for real estate projects and platforms, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram & other social media content (e.g. commercials, promotional videos, virtual tours, social media content, etc.)

Collaborate with the digital marketing team and sales department to understand project goals and develop creative solutions.

Capture and edit video footage, including sound design and color correction

Design and create graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content

Stay current with industry trends and technology to continuously improve the quality of video content

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in videography and multimedia design, with a focus on real estate content creation

Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of video and multimedia projects in the real estate industry, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, Youtube & Snapchat content

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
