Handling guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and care
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Processing bills and payments accurately
Following all safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end or busy restaurant
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
