Job Position – Accountant
Company Name – Ajmal Perfumes
Who will be responsible for keeping our financial records organized, including tracking accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that each account is reconciled correctly.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and update all accounting transactions and data entries into the system.
Prepare MIS reports using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings.
Handle all accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate.
Preparation of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements.
Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.
Enter financial data into EPR System, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly.
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Requirements:
· Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 3-4 years of accounting experience.
· Experience in real estate industry preferred.
· Excellent organizing abilities.
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with SAP ERP.
