Job Position – Accounts Assistant

Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and handle data entry, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare and verify bills, receipts, and purchase orders.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on billing and payments.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance support.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
