Job Position – Administration Coordinator

Job Requirement:
Candidate should be fluent in English and must know MS Office.
Handling the overseas recruitment support activities – entire administration activities.
Handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and complete tasks on given time.
Maintaining & updating the international recruitment tracker sheet for each client as per SOP
Interact with the suppliers / candidates for checking the interest level and gather all necessary information from them for updating the tracker sheets.
Maintain the company server with all the clients and candidate’s documents for easy access and for future references.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Maintain and update the list of vacancies on a regular basis.
Handle end to end recruitment process – Manage the full recruitment cycle, from taking the job brief, sourcing relevant CVs, identifying and interviewing suitable candidates, receiving shortlist, interview arrangement, negotiations if required, closing offers and deployment.
Monitoring & tracking hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
To always embody, the confidentiality required to work closely with clients and candidates.
