Job Position – Assistant Manager – Administration

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager – Administrative (F&B & Culinary) to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our food and beverage and kitchen teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle administrative support for F&B and Culinary operations
· Coordinate reports, documentation, schedules, and approvals
· Maintain accurate records for attendance, expenses, and compliance
· Liaise with Finance, HR, and Purchasing for smooth operations.
· Ensure compliance with internal policies, hygiene, and audit requirements
What We’re Looking For
· Hospitality or F&B administration background Strong organizational and coordination skills
· Good knowledge of MS Office and hotel systems Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
