Job Position – Business Development Manager

Interior Design Fit-Out.
With proven experience exclusively in Interior Design & Fit-Out projects within the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have strong industry connections and a track record of securing commercial interior design and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and secure new business opportunities specifically in interior design and fit-out projects (commercial, retail, F&B, hospitality, corporate offices, and residential interiors).
-Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, PMC teams, and corporate clients.
-Generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct client meetings.
-Prepare capability presentations, proposals, and coordinate with estimation/design teams for competitive submissions.
-Lead negotiations and close interior fit-out contracts.
-Monitor project pipeline and ensure consistent revenue generation.
-Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and market developments.
-Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
-Minimum 4–7 years of experience strictly in Interior Design & Fit-Out business development (UAE experience required).
-Proven track record of securing interior fit-out projects only.
-Strong network within interior consultants, designers, and corporate clients in the UAE.
-In-depth understanding of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and fit-out project lifecycle.
-Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
-Valid UAE driving license preferred.
