About the job
About the Client:
The hiring company is a Dubai based, No 1 Leisure club for gold in the region
Job Role:
Preparation and service of hot and cold dishes, responsibility for the section, carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary
Ensure full liaison with other members of the section and the Kitchen team
Lead and support the junior member of the team
Perform daily data collection and reporting of issues as they arise
Support of Departmental objectives
Project a pleasant and positive professional image to all contacts at all times
Diligence in prevention of wastage
Thorough support of and updating the training manual
Requirements:
Male, 45 years old and below
Diploma in any relevant certification
At least 2 years of experience in the same role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Open to candidates who can join Immediately
