Job Position – Cost Control Engineer

Hiring to hire a to join growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in cost control, reporting, and project financial tracking within construction projects.
Job Requirements
Education:
-Bachelor’s Degree in (Civil Engineering) or (Quantity Surveying)
Experience:
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost control / construction high – rise projects.
Technical Skills:
-Strong understanding of “BOQ and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)”.
-Familiar with cost codes.
-Ability to track Budget vs Actual vs Commitment.
-Prepare and update monthly cost reports.
-Basic knowledge of cash flow preparation.
-Understanding of variations & change orders.
-Experience with subcontractor payments.
-Basic knowledge of Earned Value concepts (EV, AC, PV).
Software Skills:
-Excel – Advanced level (mandatory)
-Primavera P6 – Basic knowledge
