Job Position – Customer Care Representative

Hiring for a dedicated and customer-focused (Debt Collection) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely debt recovery, and maintaining a professional approach to resolve overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
-Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies and customer affordability.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
-Achieve individual and team collection targets.
-Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve escalated cases.
Qualification &Skills:
-Fluency in Arabic is required (additional languages are an advantage).
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
-Basic computer proficiency.
