Job Position – Data Entry Controller

Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics data entry

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain warehouse inventory data in WMS or ERP systems.
Track goods received, dispatched, and returned
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock movement reports
Cross-verify physical inventory with system data
Organize and maintain digital and paper records of transactions
Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure data accuracy
Support stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
Follow data confidentiality and compliance protocols
Qualifications:
1–2 years of data entry experience in a warehouse/logistics setting
Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of WMS, ERP, or SAP is a plus
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Well-organized and good with time management
Good communication skills in English
Team player with the ability to work independently
Willing to work shifts as per warehouse operations
Working Conditions:
-9-hour duty including break + shift
-Location-based onsite work
