Job Position – Draftsman
Company Name – Burjcon Interior Design
With strong knowledge in interior fit-out, joinery, and MEP coordination works for luxury residential and commercial projects in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
-Preparation of detailed shop drawings, IFC drawings, as-built drawings, and authority submission drawings
-Preparation of joinery detailing and production drawings for factory execution
-Interior fit-out drafting and coordination with design, site, and project teams
-Preparation of MEP coordination drawings and ceiling coordination layouts
-Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers
-Preparation of municipality and authority submission drawings including Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other relevant authorities as required
-Site measurement verification and updating drawings based on site conditions
-Preparation of detailed sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and material detailing
-Revising drawings as per consultant comments and site requirements
-Support project execution team with technical drawing requirements and documentation
-Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local regulations, and authority requirements
Requirements
-Minimum 2 years UAE experience in interior fit-out and joinery works
-Candidate must currently be based in the UAE (preferably Dubai)
-Experience in luxury residential and commercial interior projects
Strong knowledge of
-Shop drawings
-Joinery detailing
-Interior fit-out drawings
-MEP drawings & Coordination
-Authority submission drawings
-Coordination and as-built drawings
-Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software
-Knowledge in SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or Revit is an added advantage
-Ability to prepare detailed production, coordination, and site drawings
-Good understanding of materials, technical detailing, and site execution
-Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams
