Job Position – ELV Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Expected Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, PAVA, Gate Barrier, Sliding Doors, Structured Cabling, etc.)
– Manage AMC contracts, project coordination, and ensure compliance with SIRA & Dubai Municipality requirements
– Conduct site surveys, inspections, and prepare technical reports/documentation
– Plan & manage manpower and materials for AMC and project activities
– Build and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
– 2-4 years of experience in ELV systems with AMC site handling
– Valid UAE Driving License (Required)
– SIRA Certification (Required)
– Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, VMS, ANPR, Access Control, etc.)
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & ELV configuration tools
