Job Position – Field Engineer

Key Responsibilities
– Provide on-site technical support for IT hardware and related systems
– Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
– Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
– Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks
– Coordinate with centralized IT teams for escalations and issue resolution
– Support end users and ensure timely closure of service tickets
– Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and reports
– Ensure compliance with project standards and safety guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
– Female candidates required as per project requirement
– Arabic speaking is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
– 1–3 years of experience in field IT support or a similar role
– Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to travel to multiple project locations as needed
– Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field preferred
Preferred Skills
– Experience working in government or education sector projects
– Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes
– Customer service-oriented approach
