Job Position – Field IT Support Engineer

Required skills:
– Configured and maintained computer systems, including desktop PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices and network equipment.
– Handled user complaints and escalated issues according to procedures.
– Troubleshot networking issues such as IP addressing conflicts, DNS server settings.
– Managed inventory of IT assets such as desktops, laptops and peripherals.
– Assigning Tickets to respected group (Service Requests & Incidents)
– ITIL based issue resolving keeping SLA in mind
– Assisted users with setting up their devices with mobile device management feature of Intune service in O365 suite.
