Job Position – Food Hygiene & Safety Officer

Salary : No Salary Bar for right candidate.
Job Description:
– Monitor and supervise kitchen staff operations to ensure efficiency, discipline, and smooth execution.
– Inspect kitchen and hygiene areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
– Ensure adherence to food hygiene protocols and standard operating procedures.
– Maintain and update checklist compliance records.
– Track audit outcomes, hygiene reports, and sample logs through the inspection platform.
– Generate daily and periodic compliance reports for the management team.
– Report and escalate non-compliance or quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
– Conduct hygiene awareness and SOP training .
