Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience leading IT teams in a mid-to-large organization.
Strong hands-on or managerial experience with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA).
Deep understanding of SAP modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.
Experience with SAP project lifecycle (blueprint, realization, go-live, support).
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and integration technologies (APIs, middleware).
