Hotel Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:
Hiring a (Limousine Services) to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests at leading hotels, airports, and malls. You will assist with pre-booked rides, promote on-the-spot limousine bookings, and ensure a smooth and premium customer experience while coordinating with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
-Assist guests with scheduled and walk-in transportation requests.
-Promote and secure limousine bookings on-site.
-Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
-Represent Al Ghazal Transport at partner locations (airports, hotels, malls).
-Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely vehicle allocation and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in guest services, transport, or hospitality (with operational exposure preferred).
-Diploma or equivalent qualification.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
-Valid UAE driving license.
-Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
