Job Position – IT Help Desk Support L2

If you have strong experience in desktop support, Windows OS, AD, VPN, ITIL processes, and hands-on troubleshooting
Manage hardware, software & connectivity incidents
Provide IMAC and desk-side support
Deliver VIP & on-site technical assistance
Ensure compliance with security & antivirus policies
Experience with MAC devices and smart hands support is a plus.
