Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven IT Manager to lead INOI’s IT operations across regions. This role will be instrumental in managing our Microsoft 365-based environment, securing our infrastructure, and aligning IT strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics/Navision ERP, and infrastructure management, with a proven track record in leadership, security implementation, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Ecosystem & Business Applications
- Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID.
- Manage and maintain Azure Active Directory and associated security configurations.
- Lead the optimization and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Navision ERP, ensuring smooth business system integration.
- Automate business processes and reporting using Power Automate, Power BI, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
IT Infrastructure & Security
- Design, manage, and troubleshoot local/cloud networks (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN).
- Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery systems using Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
- Enforce IT security using FortiGate firewalls, advanced antivirus, email gateway protections, and NAC systems.
- Manage IT controls for access systems including CCTV, VOIP, and SSO integration with Microsoft 365.
Operations & Support
- Oversee day-to-day IT support, ensuring efficient resolution of end-user issues across regions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of user accounts and access controls in Microsoft 365.
- Deliver VIP-level IT support for senior leadership, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
- Maintain and update documentation, including IT asset inventory and software licenses.
Projects & Process Improvement
- Drive infrastructure upgrades, server room modernization, and ERP migrations.
- Lead IT-related vendor management, hardware procurement, and ISP coordination.
- Continuously evaluate emerging Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies to improve efficiency.
- Conduct user training and mentoring for junior IT staff on Microsoft 365 and best practice
Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Azure AD, VMware, Veeam Backup, and network troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to train non-technical users.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required. Russian language would be an advantage.
