Job Position – IT Specialist

Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Driving License: Mandatory (for on-site support)
Key Responsibilities:
– Troubleshoot & manage Windows and macOS systems
– Support and configure network infrastructure (WiFi, routers, firewalls)
– Administer cloud services (Google Drive, AWS, Azure)
– Set up & maintain POS systems, sound systems, and backup solutions (cloud & local)
– Perform PC repairs, upgrades, and installations
– Manage IT hardware procurement and inventory
– Provide remote and on-site technical support
– Maintain IT documentation
Requirements:
– 3+ years of relevant IT experience
– Valid UAE driving license
– Proficient in:
– Windows & macOS
– Networking (WiFi, firewalls, routers)
– Cloud platforms (Google Drive, AWS, Azure)
– Hardware troubleshooting & POS systems
– Excellent English communication skills
– Customer-focused and solution-oriented
Nice to Have (Optional):
– Certifications (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft, AWS, etc.)
– Experience supporting multi-location setups or retail outlets
