Job Position – IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide end-user and field IT support across enterprise environments
-Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
-Manage and track incidents/service requests using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
-Follow ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management
-Collaborate with internal teams to support enterprise-scale IT operations
-Maintain proper documentation and adhere to process discipline.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Proven experience in enterprise IT support (end-user/field support)
-Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
-Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
-Good understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)
-Experience working in enterprise-scale support environments is preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
